Florida Proved Everyone Wrong...Again

They never learn

There are few things in this world that the media loves more than advocating for the masses to submit to and follow their demands.

It fulfills so many of their favorite impulses; authoritarianism, their innate and unearned sense of self-importance, and a desire to sneeringly dismiss those who disagree with their acceptable forms of political and social ideology.

It’s these impulses that have undoubtedly had a tremendously negative impact on the public’s perception to COVID allowing experts to continue to promote ineffective mitigation and intervention efforts.

Their advocacy has led to outright misinformation and dismissal of increasingly legitimate inquiries into the origins of the pandemic as “racism.” It’s led to remarkable levels of inexcusable ignorance within the political class as to the unequivocal failure of masks everywhere they’ve been mandated.

After months of Sweden being the world’s “cautionary tale,” they conveniently forgot its existence as rates plummeted in comparison to other countries.

Well they did it again.

This time with their favorite domestic target, the great state of Florida.
