It’s Time For Another Journalistic Episode Of ‘What Goes Around Comes Around’ - NYT Reporter Who Misled The Public On COVID Complains About Being Misled By Experts On COVID
Whoops!
The New York Times is very upset that they were "misled" about COVID by experts, scientists, and politicians. Welcome to how the rest of us feel about the New York Times deliberately misleading their readers during COVID.
This revelation comes courtesy of Times' writer Zeynep Tufecki, the same Zeynep Tufecki who pressured outside scientists to undercut legitimate research conclusions because it contradicted what she personally believed about masks.
New York Times Pressured Scientists To Lie About Masks, In Yet Another Example Of Media Manipulation
The science is clear: masks don't work. It was clear five years ago, when the collective hive mind of experts, media and politicians told the public that masks don't work. Or in Anthony Fauci's case, that masks could make things worse by providing a false sense of security and protection.
Tufecki is back, but this time acknowledging that maybe, just maybe, those experts weren't always telling the whole truth. In an article entitled "We Were Badly Misled About the Event That Changed Our Lives," Tufecki excoriated those who created false narratives that shaped our understanding of the pandemic.
Which is ironically exactly what she and the rest of the Times did. Wouldn’t you agree?
